In addition to rice and hot pot, we will have an early dinner with a dish using vegetables from the farm and a dessert using vegetables from the field. If you would like to make bamboo crafts as an option, you can make your own chopsticks, chopstick rests, and cups while the pot is on the fire and wait for the rice and hot pot to be completed. In addition, you can order additional meals, side dishes, and drinks on the farm restaurant's business days (LO 14:30). You can add sake (600 yen / 1 cup) for Kappo sake. (This is not available to those who drive a car.) [An experience that also contributes to society] Abandoned bamboo forests are a problem all over the country. Problems such as forestry control, animal damage, and landscape deterioration are occurring. Bamboo crafts and bamboo pot experiences will help solve these problems that are spreading all over Japan. Let's have fun interacting with bamboo and incorporating it into our lives!

"Arayu Pudding" is a pudding made by boiling it in a hot spring at 98℃. I was born at Yumura Onsen in Shinonsen Town, Hyogo. You can try your hand at making pudding mainly on weekends. Please come and enjoy our freshly made pudding. ~Experience flow~ ① Gathering and reception (5 minutes) ② Explanation (5 minutes) Flow of the day, confirmation of allergies to eggs and milk ③ Experience (35 minutes) After mixing the ingredients well, pour the pudding liquid into a balloon container using a large syringe. I'll pack it up. After that, put the pudding in a hot water bath net and put it in the hot water. While you wait until the Yugaki is finished, we will guide you through the streets of Yumura Onsen, which retains its Showa-era retro feel. We also recommend boiling eggs in the hot springs and soaking in the footbath. ④Eating (15 minutes) Return to the cafe and enjoy the pudding. Comes with coffee or juice. ⑤Disband After disbanding, please take a walk around Yumura Onsen. We will also show you recommended places.
