On the first day, participants enjoyed sweets and coffee at a cafe in the town, followed by a tour of a Japanese temple and a Japanese sweets making experience. After checking in, guests will enjoy Japanese cultural experiences (tea ceremony, calligraphy, etc.), Tako rice rice ball making experience, and dinner at the accommodation facility, Omikawa-tei. This area is the highest elevation in Chiba City and is upstream of three rivers (Kashima River, Murata River, and Konaka River) that flow into the Pacific Ocean, Tokyo Bay, and Tone River.This course takes advantage of this topography to provide a mindful experience of letting the current of the Boso Peninsula's water veins flow through you (surrendering your body and mind to gravity).
