This is a mine tour and nature experience tour in Toyota City, Aichi Prefecture, on a buggy. This tour will take you around the vast 250,000 square meter mine in a new buggy introduced in February 2025. You can enjoy the highlights of the mine, the rocks that are collected, and the native plants. This may be the only "extraordinary space" that active families and couples can enjoy in Japan. Legacy and Innovation ~ Continuation and Challenge ~ With the SDGs and carbon neutrality being called for, it is not unreasonable to see mines as environmental destroyers. However, our company, which is engaged in mountain regeneration, opens the mountain during the closed period and wants people to know the current situation and efforts. With that in mind, we have implemented various efforts. Our mine mines mine raw materials and develop quarries for pottery, tiles, concrete materials, and landscaping. The role of mines has changed with the times. However, this place still has stories to be passed down and hidden charms. This may be the only experience in the country where you can feel the breath of the mine again and experience its history. As more and more mines are closing, we are taking on the challenge of bringing new light to the area. This means continuing to run with respect for the past and hope for the future. We will weave a new story about the mine together with the buggy. Tour information~Information~Period: April to November (excluding winter when snowfall and roads may freeze)Dates: Saturdays and SundaysTime: 10:00am to 12:00pm, 1:00pm to 3:00pm (2 hours each)Fee: 3,500 yen for adults, 2,200 yen for childrenEligibility: 10 to 60 years oldMinimum number of participants: 2 peopleMaximum: 3 people per groupReservation deadline: 7 days in advanceMeeting place: Marufuyogyogenryo Co., Ltd., 383 Nodagahira, Togo-cho, AichiAccess: 30 minutes from Sanage IC on Sanage Green RoadWhat to bring: Long sleeves, long pants, hat, sunglasses (optional)Inquiries: We do not accept inquiries by phone or emailOthers : Children under 10 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
