When most people think of Takarazuka, they think of the Takarazuka Revue, but surprisingly, there are not only operas, but also hot springs, memorial halls, and other attractions around Takarazuka Station. After the performance in Takarazuka, why don't you take a walk around the city from a different side with a tour guide? There will surely be new discoveries! ~Time schedule~ 15:00 [Meet in front of the Hankyu Takarazuka station ticket gate] The tour starts here! Although the road is flat, you will walk about 2 kilometers, so please wear comfortable shoes on the day. 15:10 [Birthplace of Carbonated Rice Crackers and Wilkinson Vending Machine] The popular carbonated water "Wilkinson Tansan" when drinking highball. Did you know that this "Wilkinson Tansan" originated in Takarazuka? In front of Takarazuka Onsen, there is an all-Wilkinson vending machine only here in Japan. 15:20 [Takarazuka Onsen Hotel Wakamizu] In the Showa era, there was Takarazuka Family Land and hot springs along the Muko River, and it flourished as a tourist destination. There are only a few hotels in operation now, but the atmosphere of the hot spring town of yesteryear still lingers in the air. 15:40 [Takarazuka Ohashi] After passing Takarazuka Onsen, a large tower apartment is currently under construction on the site where the "Takarazuka Hotel", which was founded in 1923, used to be. Please take a look at the town of Takarazuka, which has been renewed with the changing times. The view from Takarazuka Bridge is a great photo spot. The set of Takarazuka Opera, Hankyu Railway and Mukogawa can only be seen here. The sidewalk of Ohashi is also spacious, so you can take pictures slowly. (Every 30 minutes on the hour, the fountain "Big Phoenix" rises from the Muko River, so if you're lucky, you can see it.) 15:55 [Tezuka Osamu Memorial Hall] Did you know that Mr. Osamu Tezuka was actually from Takarazuka? Uka Born in Toyonaka City, Osaka Prefecture in 1928, I lived in Takarazuka City, Hyogo Prefecture from the age of 5, when I was just starting to understand things, to my sensitive boyhood, and until I was about to enter adulthood when I was 24. A museum has been built in Takarazuka to commemorate his achievements, not only as a city where he once lived, but also as a city that gave the underlying theme of all Tezuka manga. 16:40 [Hana no Michi] I think it goes without saying for Takarazuka fans, but it seems that Hana no Michi also means a flower path to the Takarazuka Grand Theater. It is truly a “flower path to the world of dreams”. There are bronze statues of opera performances such as "The Rose of Versailles" and a bronze statue of "Ichizo Kobayashi", the founder of Hankyu Corporation and the Takarazuka Revue. 16:50 [Takarazuka Hotel] There is a newly relocated Takarazuka Hotel in the middle of Hananomichi. In 2009, the Takarazuka Hotel was selected as the official hotel of the Takarazuka Grand Theater with the concept of "continuing your dreams here." Please take a look at the dignified appearance. 17:00 [Arrival at Takarazuka Station]

For example, touch the cold water of a waterfall and drink it. The waves of holy water circulate and purify the body. “Yummy!” you will exclaim. Since the mind and body are closely connected, the mind opens up in tune with the vibration. Words will come out by receiving aroma & color therapy, personal color diagnosis, counseling, etc. at the sacred place. Then your worries will be sorted out, and you will be freed from the obsessions you made in your head. Stand barefoot on the ground and ground. By connecting with Kumano and the earth, excess electricity and unnecessary emotions that have accumulated in the body will flow, power charging, and the heart will be activated. When my soul is shaken, why do I cry, and I feel happy and want to dance or sing, so I will express it without restraint. Reviving to return to your original self. [Greetings to guests] Kukubakei Kannon in Kuchikumano Kamitonda is a sacred place with the legend of Oguri Hangan and Princess Terute. Thanks to the relationship between the two who overcame many trials. After visiting the waterfall and the main hall of the shrine, let's go through the reincarnation of the womb and throw a kawarake to cleanse yourself and make enmusubi prayers. If you find a heart-shaped air hole, you will definitely succeed in enmusubi! The "Geotherapy" & Enmusubi tour, which combines the power and healing of geo (earth), color and aromatherapy, was actually born from my own Enmusubi experience. Jobs, good relationships, marriage and childbirth, and dreams have come true. This Kannon sacred place is full of greenery, soothing with forest aroma and color therapy, and depending on the season, you can enjoy hydrangea, brush gentian, cherry blossoms, and autumn leaves as you head to the main shrine. At the waterfall on the way, calm down and pay your respects. If you are lucky, you can also see a rainbow. While counseling and coaching about your worries and dreams, you can visit the shrine and prepare your mind and body. The principal image of Bato Kanzeon Bodhisattva is a secret Buddha in the form of wrath. The horse's head symbolizes the power to bring down all kinds of demons, and is said to have the merit of cutting off worldly desires. After visiting the shrine, you can go through the womb for a reincarnation ceremony. A realistic experience of resurrection, accompanied by emotions and actions, to say goodbye to the old you. Go up to the observatory. Changing your perspective means changing your focus. A positive emotion is born, and the kawarake nage removes misfortune and makes you feel refreshed. Only after stripping away the superfluous things and emotions, the true dreams and hopes become clear. Once you understand, recognize, and accept yourself, you are free to wish.

Why don't you take a leisurely walk while enjoying the well-maintained trekking course with all five senses, centering on the four waterfalls, and balance your mind and body while being healed by various therapies? Experience reincarnation at a mindfulness walk that is conscious of "here and now". When I first visited, I was really impressed by the beautiful waterfalls, the dynamic appearance of the forest, the sound of water and insects, the scent of the aroma of the forest and the cool air, and the refreshing water of the waterfall! It is especially beautiful when red azaleas and wisteria flowers bloom, but there are various ways to enjoy it, such as playing in the water depending on the season. At Mindfulness Kumano Retreat, we also perform various therapies such as color breathing (color breathing method) and aromatherapy meditation using Kumano's fresh oil during trekking. We will also tell you about the effects of color therapy and the effects of aroma oil, so you can practice it even when you go home. In addition, since it is a retreat, you will have plenty of time to quietly face yourself. You can feel refreshed both physically and mentally by experiencing meditation while walking while concentrating on "here and now", meditation on trees that look for your favorite tree and introspecting, and barefoot earthing. Kumano is a land of resurrection, so we support the departure of a new life. Also, because I walk by the river, there are lots of moss. If you take a closer look with a magnifying glass, a different world will spread out, and even if you are not a moss girl, you will be completely addicted to moss observation. Depending on the season, wear a swimsuit under your garment to allow it to get wet. Relax your mind and body with aquatherapy wearing a floating vest to relax your shoulders. One of the pleasures is the tea party in the middle of the tour. Kamairicha, which is roasted in an iron kettle using the traditional Kumano method, has the same dieting effect as semi-fermented oolong tea. If you wish, we will also prepare a relaxing coffee time by boiling the waterfall and grinding the beans with a mill. To accompany the tea, relax with delicious and discerning sweets made with local fruits. Play, eat, chat and have fun. When you have a lot of happy things, you will naturally smile. It is a different daily experience that stimulates the five senses that you can experience with your whole body. Would you like to experience a life-changing experience at Kumano Retreat, where you can return to your true self?
