the experience or activity is very pleasant..there were only 2 of us..so that made our trip more fun as the instructor concentrated with us and even took vids and pics which was a plus..all the dishes we made were so good especiallt the mochi type ...both hostess was very nice ladies , just beware.. when you go there like us , diy , its like a hike..because you are gonna go up by the mountain thus having lots of upward hill..but nevertheless..the views of the green tea plantation and being on top was very serene and the town is very quiet

新婚旅行でお邪魔しました。 沢山の種類から好きな材料を選べるので楽しいです。 私は辛いのが苦手なのですが、香辛料を選択しなくても良いので、辛いのが苦手な方にもおすすめです。 オリジナルのラー油が出来上がり、ラベルのデザインや文字も選べてワクワクしました。 店長さんやスタッフの方も気さくでとても楽しい時間となりました。 マイラー油としてレシピも登録できるので、リピート注文も可能だそうです。 作ってから3日おくのでまだ食べていないですが、美味しそうな香りがしたので食べるのが楽しみです。 旦那は石垣島での数々のアクティビティの中でもこのラー油作りが一番楽しそうでした笑 ありがとうございました!

Oyaki is made by dissolving wheat flour in water, kneading it, and wrapping bean paste made from red beans and vegetables. To put it plainly, is it a bun? ?? This is made all over Nagano prefecture, and the taste varies depending on the shop and home. At Kayabuki no Yakata, the surface is lightly baked by steaming. The skin and the bean paste inside are all handmade! It will be an experience of making such Shinshu soul food "Oyaki" with a local mother. In Shinshu, people of all ages are enjoying themselves.
