We are open every day with the hope that tourists visiting Yamanashi will learn about Yamanashi's food culture and history, and that it will be one of the memories of their trip to Yamanashi. We are used by many customers not only for small groups such as private trips, but also for group trips such as school trips, company trips, and sightseeing tours. Please come visit our store when you are in the Fuji Five Lakes area. ☆★Introducing the hotou making experience☆★Hoto is loved by many people as a local dish of Yamanashi Prefecture. There are few local foods that are as popular as this one, and ``oneri in the morning, barley rice in the afternoon, and pumpkin hotou in the evening'' seems to have been the standard for daily life in Koshu farming villages for a long time. In 2007, it was selected by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries as one of the ``Top 100 Local Dishes of Rural Areas,'' which has been passed down to rural areas throughout Japan and is widely supported by the people. Hoto noodles are different from regular noodles in that they do not need to be left to rest. Therefore, the noodles are made by hand from the powdered state. The very popular [Yamanashi Set] comes with Koshu's specialty chicken giblets and Fujiya's brown sugar syrup soybean flour mochi. The content is quite extensive, so please come hungry. Our store also offers a dyeing experience where you can experience traditional Japanese dyeing techniques using natural materials, which can be used as a set with the hotou experience. During the dyeing experience, we will explain each step in detail, so even those who are new to dyeing and those who come with children can participate with confidence. The natural feel of natural materials and the fact that you make it with your own hands create a one-of-a-kind product that no one else can imitate. ◆ Recommended for the following people ◆ Those who want to try Yamanashi Prefecture's famous dishes Those who want to try making Yamanashi Prefecture's local cuisine Those who are looking for activities at Lake Yamanaka and Lake Kawaguchi Those who want to experience cooking with their parents and children Plan an experience project If you are looking for someone who is having trouble sightseeing on a rainy day If you are looking for sightseeing with English support *Due to our reservation system, all reservations are by request, but in most cases You can make a reservation at your desired time. [What is suridane in the first place? ? Suridane is an all-purpose seasoning that originated in Fujiyoshida and is based on red chili pepper with sesame and Japanese pepper. I always have it when I go to Yoshida's udon and hoto shops in Fujiyoshida and Kawaguchiko. Generally speaking, we think of ichimi and shichimi as the spiciness of udon, but here in Fujiyoshida and Kawaguchiko Yoshida's udon, we use suridane instead of ichimi and shichimi. Suridane is also called “Karami” or “Spicy” and is placed on counters and tables in the same way as tenkasu and soy sauce. It's not just spicy, but the umami is condensed into the spiciness. Common suridane is often moist, but the way it is made varies depending on the shop, so they have established their own unique taste by stir-frying in oil, adding soy sauce, sugar, and dried bonito flakes. increase. Super Spicy Takana-sensei's suridane is a completely original recipe that mixes [blended red pepper] and [black sesame]. In addition to udon, we recommend it as a versatile seasoning for various dishes such as ramen, hot pot, oden, and yakisoba. [Introduction of suridane making experience] Our store was originally the first suridane specialty store in the Fuji Five Lakes area, selling over 20 types of our original suridane. We have prepared a wide variety of spiciness and taste variations, and it has been featured in the media many times, probably because of its curiosity. The suridane base is made with non-spicy red pepper, sesame seeds, bonito flakes, and salt. Even if you add sesame oil to this, it's still delicious as suridane. is also recommended. In addition, we also offer spices such as cumin, coriander, and turmeric, as well as healthy grains such as rice bran, bean curd refuse, and amaranth. You can make your own original suridane, the only one in the world, so it is a highly recommended experience for those who visit Fujiyoshida and Kawaguchiko. Even for small children, it is popular because it feels like an experiment because it is made by mixing various powders. Why don't you make your own original suridane that is perfect as a souvenir for yourself or as a gift for your parents and friends? It takes about 30 minutes. Since it is an indoor facility, there is no problem even if the weather is bad. Please feel free to use it. [This plan is recommended for the following people] ・Those who are interested in suridane ・Those who are interested in making seasonings ・Those who want to enjoy with their parents ・Those looking for hands-on activities ・Those looking for activities in rainy weather direction

Please come visit our store when you are in the Fuji Five Lakes area. ☆★Introducing Yoshida's udon making experience☆★Yoshida's udon is a local dish of udon that is loved around Fujiyoshida City, Yamanashi Prefecture. It is an unusual type of udon that is characterized by its hard and chewy noodles and toppings such as horse meat and cabbage. It has also been selected as one of the ``Top 100 Local Dishes from Rural Areas, Mountains, and Fishing Villages,'' selected from among the local flavors of each region. Yoshida's udon noodles are characterized by thick and chewy noodles, toppings made with horse meat and cabbage, and a soup made with miso and soy sauce. This is the only place in Japan where you can eat it with a spiciness called suridane. Yoshida's udon was originally a home-cooked dish, so each restaurant has its own characteristics. For example, some restaurants use beef or horse meat, and the sides vary in hardness and length. Although there are general rules, there are no clear rules, so the freedom of making them may also be a characteristic of Yoshida's udon. In this plan, customers will make udon noodles from powder. Enjoy with hot soup and toppings such as cabbage, fried tofu, and wakame. The content is quite extensive, so please come hungry. Experience Satoyama in Boso!] ~Harvesting x Cooking x Agricultural Experience~ [Agricultural Experience] Experience agriculture at Scoop Farm, which is committed to organic farming. This experience takes place in a tranquil atmosphere that is sometimes used for filming TV dramas and promotional videos. You will experience the actual work for about 10-15 minutes, focusing on the tasks that cannot be mechanized. In addition to spreading compost, picking up tree roots, removing weeds, and preparing the soil to revive abandoned farmland to its former Satoyama form, the work ranges from watering to prevent drought and shipping products. You will experience the experience with an emphasis on "what is actually being done" rather than "an experience prepared for the experience". After participating several times, you may be able to become a farmer~ [Harvesting Experience] Try harvesting seasonal vegetables! The staff will kindly teach you the tricks to finding vegetables that are ripe to eat. We will also teach you the necessary knowledge to enter organic farmland. [Food Experience] Cook the harvested vegetables under the blue sky. We'll be sharing with you the "easy and delicious way to eat" that the Scoop Farm staff always use. Enjoy the bounty of Satoyama with modern Reiwa seasonings, not old-fashioned ones. You can take home the vegetables you harvest! (You can only take home as much as you can fit in the designated bag.) *The vegetables you harvest will change depending on the crop situation on that day.
