Plan description

The log house near the center of Izu, "Amagi Akiyoshi-Joren no Taki" is a landmark. It is a plan that you can experience pizza baking in a handmade stone kiln (geo kiln) made of lava (scoria) of volcano (Hachikubo mountain). Stretch the fermented pizza dough and freely add fresh local ingredients. If you put it in a stone oven of about 300 degrees, you can make a hot pizza in about 3 to 4 minutes. For customers who book more 6 people, there is a nice service of Dutch oven "One steamed chicken"!

Food is OK if I have come empty-handed so that we can offer here. However, anyone who wants to enjoy a favorite topping yourself, if you can bring your pride of topping material, you can make the pizza with it.

We serve "Ryu chicken steamed Dutch oven dishes" for every 6 people. You can also bake amago fish and trout caught at a nearby management fishing spot with sardines.

家族全員で各々のピザを作りました。
お店の方のレクチャーは親切で、子供達も立派なピザを作れました。
ほとんどの事をセルフでさせてもらえるので完成後の達成感があります。
大人も夏の思い出にピッタリだと思います。
ただ、生地伸ばしやトッピングの工程も撮影したい場合は撮影専任者が必須ですw両手が汚れちゃいますので。
