Starting from Muikamachi Station, less than 2 hours from Tokyo, we'll cycle through Minamiuonuma's rice fields and Niigata's best spring water on our way to the Hakkaisan sake brewery, all with ease on e -bikes. At the brewery, we'll explore the story and tradition behind this premium sake, connecting centuries of craftsmanship, heavy snowfall, and pristine water. We'll enjoy a delicious meal featuring onigiri made from local rice (vegan option usually available ). On the way back, we'll stop at a traditional four-season Japanese park. We'll return to the station by 15:00, giving you time to explore the local onsen or head back to Tokyo. Join me on a guided tour of Daigenta in Yuzawa, Niigata. Starting from Echigo Yuzawa Station, just 70 minutes from Tokyo, we'll cycle through Yuzawa village and explore Japanese parks on our way to Daigenta Canyon with ease on e-bikes. At Daigenta, we'll enjoy views of rice paddies and mountain peaks, take a break at the lake, and then ride downhill through the forest and old village. An optional lunch at a local cafe is available. We'll return to the station by 13:00, giving you time to explore Yuzawa's onsen town.
