It is an experience of making oyaki at Kayabuki no Yakata, an inn in the valley of Shinshu. What is "oyaki"? What is it for non-Shinshu people? I'm feeling? Oyaki is made by dissolving wheat flour in water, kneading it, and wrapping bean paste made from red beans and vegetables. To put it plainly, is it a bun? ?? This is made all over Nagano prefecture, and the taste varies depending on the shop and home. At Kayabuki no Yakata, the surface is lightly baked by steaming.
