We will make a key chain using Kyoto twisted tassels. Braid "Kumihimo" like "Your Name". Choose up to 2 colors of thread by yourself and make a set of four. Tie a knot and attach it to the tassel to make a key holder. Kanae-musubi is a type of knotting method that has been used for a long time in the field of Kyoto Kumihimo as a way to make wishes come true. The price may change depending on the type of twisted tassel. (5 00 yen) The charms shown in the photo can be attached separately for a fee (200 yen to 500 yen). Higashiyama Archery Training Center is an indoor archery practice center, a half-archery dojo, and a dojo for experiencing samurai. It uses a quarter-bow, which is about two-thirds the size of the large bow used in kyudo, and is based on the basic principle that "the target is the enemy," and is an archery technique that focuses solely on hitting the target with accuracy. The archery experience at our dojo is open to a wide range of people, from children to the elderly, regardless of age or nationality. Please feel free to stop by when you are in Higashiyama, Kyoto.

This plan includes visiting a traditional Japanese townhouse, "Machiya," and participating in a tea ceremony in Kyoto wearing traditional costumes. First, after arriving, you will be quickly dressed in a kimono made of real silk. After that, you will be guided around the townhouse built in the Meiji period. Enjoy tea while listening to an explanation about the tea ceremony in the tea room. There is a traditional four-and-a-half-tatami tea room and a standing seat where you can sit on a chair, so anyone can enjoy tea. Her husband is a descendant of Ihei Ito, who developed somei-yoshino, a cherry blossom variety that is world-famous as the national flower of Japan, at the request of Yoshimune, the eighth shogun of the Tokugawa family. In our classroom, in addition to the antiques given to us by various people and the tea bowls we collected ourselves, we also use old ones given to us by family members. Since sitting in the seiza style puts a lot of strain on the legs, we also offer an experience using a table and chairs called the ryurei style.
