Our cooking class started in Tokyo in 2023. The theme is "Japanese food" and "experience". Already more than 12,000 people have participated in our cooking class. There are many different types of sushi in Japan. In this cooking class, you can learn how to make nigiri sushi and roll sushi. Nigiri sushi is the most standard and popular sushi in Japan, and is also the origin of sushi. Roll sushi is a type of sushi that is popular around the world, and is a type of sushi where ingredients are wrapped in rice. If you practice a lot, you may be able to become a sushi chef? This cooking class takes about 2 hours. In the first hour, you will learn the history of sushi and make nigiri sushi while being taught by the instructor. In the latter hour, you can eat the sushi you made yourself. After the meal, you can take photos with the landmark spots of Asakusa, Tokyo on the terrace with a spectacular view. All courses are conducted in English. Local staff with extensive overseas experience will provide you with the best hospitality. It will surely be an unforgettable memory. Daichan Farm is a farm in Nishimurayama-gun, Yamagata Prefecture. Local cuisine cooking ♪ You can make the following local dishes. Sasamaki, squid soup, chilled soup, imoni, natto soup, ozoni, frozen rice cakes★Sasamaki rice soaked in urukashi overnight, drained, wrapped in bamboo leaves, boiled, preserved food (sprinkled with soybean flour containing sugar) ★Frozen rice cake A local dish made by mashing rice mixed with non-glutinous rice during the cold weather, freezing and drying it, cutting it into rice crackers, drying it for three months, then frying it and seasoning it with salty-sweet soy sauce. ★Yamagata beef, tofu, konnyaku, and plenty of vegetables are used to make this local soy sauce-flavored local dish. ★Natto soup In Yamagata in winter, natto soup is often served to warm the body. "Imogara" (dried taro stems) is an essential ingredient, and miso-flavored soup with taro, natto, tofu, boiled rice parsley (traditional vegetables), carrots, and more!
