We hold "small-group classes" with a maximum of around eight people per class, and the SUP experience plan is a leisurely program that teaches the basics, from a beach lecture to standing on the board and paddling, tailored to the level of the participants. ~ Stand-up paddle (SUP) ~ It is a marine activity in which you stand on a large board and paddle while balancing.
