Even the first person can enjoy Stand Up Paddle (SUP) immediately. Do you stand up? Can you turn it over? There are many voices saying that it is a surprisingly stable Vehicle. A bright and fun instructor will suggest how to enjoy SUP Yoga.
We hold a small number of people to convey the appeal of stand-up paddle boards and for safety management. Experienced staff will guide you happily, so please enjoy a walk on the sea while looking at Mt. Fuji and Enoshima. Zushi Beach, which is a bay, is a shallow and calm sea, so even beginners and those who are not confident in swimming can enjoy the SUP experience with confidence.
What should i wear? At Lounge Ever, program participants' clothing will be provided free of charge. In the summer, swimwear alone is OK, but we recommend a combination of long-sleeved shirts and thin leggings to prevent sunburn. Gender-separated powders are also equipped with bath towels for visitors. Amenity such as shampoo, conditioner, face wash foam and mouthwash are also available. The clean and comfortable space with air conditioning is very popular.
Beach yoga by a female yoga instructor and SUP yoga performed on SUP are also held. We propose an adult beach style. When you get out of the sea, relax at the on-site cafe. In addition to homemade cake freshly ground coffee, pork curry made from roux is also a popular menu. Beer and wine are great after playing in the sea!

Time schedule
It is 15 minutes on foot from the station. (Around 14:15 in the afternoon) About 59 minutes from Shinjuku Station on the JR Shonan-Shinjuku Line. About 35 minutes by JR Yokosuka Line from Yokohama Station / about 30 minutes by Keikyu Line It is a 15-minute walk from the station toward the sea.
We gather at 2F Lounge Ever. (Meeting at 14:30 in the afternoon) Welcome! Please sign the application documents while drinking cold or hot tea at Ever Resort "Lounge Ever".
To the 3F powder room (14:45 in the afternoon) The powder rooms for men and women are hot showers, washlet toilets, and changing rooms, respectively. Bath towels for members and visitors are also available. Amenity such as shampoo, conditioner, body soap, face wash foam, mouthwash, and hair dryer are also available. The clean and comfortable space with air conditioning is very popular.
TO THE BEACH (15:00 in the afternoon) Stand up paddle board that you can enjoy all year round. In the summer, you can just wear a swimsuit, but long sleeves and thin leggings are also recommended to prevent sunburn.
