A SUP yoga experience in the shallow, calm sea that is easily accessible from the city center. Even those who are new to Yogamo SUP can participate. Of course, this menu is very popular among experienced studio users and yoga instructors. After a brief explanation of the experience and a lecture on how to use SUP, we will head out to sea. Of course, you may end up diving into the sea! Of course it's okay if you fall. Our staff will also support you. Relax your shoulders and enjoy a full body workout. - 10 seconds to the sea - 15 minutes walk from JR "Zushi Station" or Keikyu "Zushi Hayama Station" - Even first-timers and those who are not confident in swimming can feel free to participate (original buoyancy bodies are also available) - Individuals are welcome and the number of participants is small, so you can feel safe and secure.If the weather is nice, you can see Enoshima and Mt.Fuji.The changing room is fully equipped with bath towels and has plenty of amenities.A free drink will be provided after the experience.
In order to improve our service and maintain safety, we are holding the event with a small number of participants. Enjoy a relaxing time with a SUP yoga experience while looking at Mt. Fuji and Enoshima.
What should I wear? Ever Resort will provide free clothing for program participants. Just bring your swimsuit, and in summer we recommend wearing a long-sleeve, quick-drying shirt and leggings to prevent sunburn. Bath towels are also available in the men's and women's changing rooms. Amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, facial cleansing foam, and mouthwash are also available. The clean and comfortable space with air conditioning and heating has been very well received.
After getting out of the sea, take some time to relax at the on-site cafe. Homemade cakes, freshly ground coffee, and pork curry carefully made from roux are also popular menu items. Beer and wine are also great after playing in the sea!

Time schedule
15 minutes walk from the station. (Around 14:15 in the afternoon) About 59 minutes from Shinjuku Station on the JR Shonan-Shinjuku Line. About 35 minutes by JR Yokosuka Line from Yokohama Station / about 30 minutes by Keikyu Line It is a 15-minute walk from the station toward the sea.
Meet at the 2nd floor Lounge Ever. (Meeting at 14:30 in the afternoon) Welcome! Please sign the application documents while drinking cold or hot tea at Ever Resort "Lounge Ever".
To the 3rd floor powder room (14:45 in the afternoon) The powder rooms for men and women are hot showers, washlet toilets, and changing rooms, respectively. Bath towels for members and visitors are also available. Amenity such as shampoo, conditioner, body soap, face wash foam, mouthwash, and hair dryer are also available. The clean and comfortable space with air conditioning is very popular.
TO THE BEACH (Afternoon session starts at 3:00 pm) SUP yoga that can be enjoyed all year round. In the summer, you can just wear a swimsuit, but we also recommend long sleeves and thin leggings to protect you from the sun. WARMING UP (Afternoon session starts at 3:10pm) Warm-up exercises. Listen to the sound of the waves and breathe in the natural air.Ever Resort ``Lounge Ever'' also holds beach yoga on an irregular basis. If you wish, you can also participate in beach yoga before or after your SUP yoga experience. Please contact us for more information.

Yokohama Yokosuka Road "Zushi IC" ➡ Pass through Zuyo Shindo (toll road), go straight at the Nagarabashi intersection, and turn right at the "Nagisa Bridge" traffic light.
