Recommended for beginners and those who have little experience ♪ It is a "plan" that adds a SUP experience to master the control of the board from the basics of standing rowing, plus a SUP cruise to enjoy the wonderful coastline unique to the southern part of Katsuura City ♬ ~ Stand Up paddle (SUP) is a marine activity where you stand on a large board and paddle while maintaining your balance. Because SUP boards have high buoyancy, people of all ages and genders can enjoy cruising, style-up exercises, and fishing.

It is a small group system with peace of mind and (one company) held mainly by certified instructors of Japan SUP Leaders Association ♬

◯ Each class is held in small groups of up to 7 people! ◯ Because the group size is small, the content can be enjoyed safely and leisurely according to the level of the participants. ◯ Our club is mainly run by instructors certified by the Japan SUP Instructors Association and professional surfers.

Dress code - Must bring items	Swimwear (rash guard), beach sandals, towels, and other necessary items.
About rental items	*If you need a wetsuit, we will rent it for you.

Matters require attention	・Participate at your own risk.・Must be 12 years old or older, able to swim in the ocean without any problems, and be in good health.・Those under 15 years old must be accompanied by a guardian, and minors over 16 years old must have parental consent.・Please refrain from participating if you are taking alcohol or medications that may interfere with exercise.
Other notifications	In the event of cancellation, we will notify those who have registered by phone or message between 6:30 pm and 8:30 pm the day before of the event. *If the mini cruise after the SUP experience is deemed technically difficult, it may be replaced with free time or an extension of the SUP experience.
