「伝統的な手織りを経験したみたい」ということでお邪魔しました。 工房には、写真と見紛うばかりの作品が展示されており、細かさや色使いなど素晴らしいものでした。工芸士の方に、実際に作品を作りながら、その苦労と楽しさをお話いだきましたが、あれこれと試行錯誤を繰り返しながら作品づくりに向き合われているようでした。伝統工芸の世界は完成されているゆえに変化がなさそうだと思っていたイメージが変わりました。 実際編んでみると、(工房のほうで段取りをしていただいていたこともあり)作業自体は一見簡単に思えたのですが、やっぱり綺麗に仕上げるのは難しいですねw とても貴重な体験ありがとうございました。とても綺麗な配色のコースターに仕上がって、満足です。

自分たちで描いたイラストをボトルに綺麗に彫ることができ、仕上がりは大変満足です。ただ、体験としてはお店の方がやる部分が多く、全体の流れの説明もなくて何がなされているのかよくわからず、全体の中で一部の作業をちょっとだけ手伝って、いつのまにか仕上がっていた、という感じでした。全体の作業の概要と、その中で何を体験できるのかなど説明いただけるとよかったと思います。最後の仕上げの色つけも体験に入ってなく、いつの間にか終わっていてちょっと残念でした。
