It is a plan that you can experience weaving two types of silk fabrics, plain weave and twill weave, and tour the workshop by yourself. You can take the completed work home on the day. Weaving can be done easily from elementary school students to the elderly. Feel the "texture" of the woven fabric you woven yourself. You can see, touch, and experience the world's best works of art in Japan. * Bonus: Take a photo on a restored high-end machine. Present an original postcard. You can also shop. You can experience it from the third grade of elementary school. The height is about 130 cm.
It was my first time trying hand weaving with a handloom, and I absolutely loved the process! The rhythmic and focused nature of weaving was therapeutic, and I felt a sense of deep satisfaction upon completing my first textile piece. The instructor was patient and encouraging, providing valuable guidance throughout the process. I was also amazed by the vast array of stunning textile works on display at the workshop. It is a course where you can go sightseeing in Otaru with a one-hour kimono rental. (Yukata is available from June to September.) Choose your favorite kimono, dress it in about 10 minutes, and then leave. Feel free to enjoy sightseeing in Otaru. Kimono looks great in the retro atmosphere of Otaru. You can feel free to use kimono in various scenes such as travel memorials, birthday surprises, New Year's cards, and events.

I went alone and had a lot of fun! The lady hosting the class is really nice and explained everything clearly. I had a really nice time and it was a cultural experience so original. It's a really good activity! I would love to go again with my friends next time!

This is a plan that allows you to just take photos on rainy days or if you don't have time to go out. It is also recommended for customers from overseas as it allows them to easily experience Japanese culture. Photos taken in the in-store studio will be sent to you via data transmission (2 poses, 10 cuts). Flow of the experience 1. First, choose your costume, and it will take about 30 minutes to complete, including getting dressed and setting your hair. 2. A photographer will take pictures in the studio.
