We are used by many customers not only for small groups such as private trips, but also for group trips such as school trips, company trips, and sightseeing tours. Please come to our restaurant when you stop by the Fuji Five Lakes area. ☆★Introduction to the Houtou Making Experience☆★Houtou is a local dish of Yamanashi Prefecture that is loved by many people. There are few local foods that are as popular as this one, and for a long time, "oneri for breakfast, barley rice for lunch, and pumpkin hoto for dinner" seemed to have been the standard for daily life in the rural areas of Koshu. In 2007, it was selected as one of the "100 Best Local Dishes of Rural Areas" organized by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, which are known in farming, mountain and fishing villages all over Japan and are widely supported by the people. Unlike regular noodles, hoto noodles do not need to be left to rest. Therefore, you will make the noodles by hand from the powder state. It will be quite a voluminous meal, so please come hungry. We also offer a dyeing experience where you can experience the traditional Japanese dyeing technique using natural materials, which can be used as a set with the hoto experience. In the dyeing experience, we will carefully explain each step, so those who are new to dyeing and those who come with children can participate with peace of mind. The natural feel of natural materials and the fact that you make it with your own hands will create a one-of-a-kind product that no one else can imitate. ◆Recommended for◆Those who want to try famous Yamanashi Prefecture dishesThose who want to make local Yamanashi Prefecture dishesThose looking for activities at Lake Yamanaka or Lake KawaguchiThose who want to experience cooking with their childrenThose looking for an experience programThose who are having trouble sightseeing on rainy daysThose looking for sightseeing in English*Due to the nature of our reservation system, all reservations are by request, but in most cases we can accept reservations at the time you wish. The calligraphy of death is something that a samurai writes down with a brush as his last words in this world when he foresees his death. (Death refers to leaving this world) Customers can write their favorite kanji. You can select a character (kanji) and write it with an extra-large brush on SAMURAI paper (16 times the size of normal hanshi), which is made by combining two sheets of hanshi paper that is 8 times the size of normal hanshi paper. (Example) Yukimura Sanada's death note, ``If you go to live in an indefinite floating world, you will not know what will happen one day later.'' (In such an unstable world, we do not know what will happen tomorrow. Please think of Naniwa as something that doesn't exist in this world.'' Toyotomi Hideyoshi's deathbed writings, ``The dew falls, the dew falls and disappears.'' I wonder if Naniwa is also a dream within a dream (I became a citizen, but the dew fell and disappeared.) It was a life that seemed to disappear.)

Osaka no Jin ⚔ Pilgrimage to sacred places refers to the stages of battles such as the 1614 (Keicho 19) battle "Osaka Winter Jin" and the 1615 (Genna 1) restarted battle "Osaka Summer Jin" and other battles. It is to visit places connected to Osaka Castle as sacred places with “SAMURAI STYLE”. In addition, the term ``Japan's best soldier, who acted with great courage and speed'' in that battle was a name used to praise Sanada Nobushige (Yukimura), who was loyal to his lord, did not betray him even with money or territory, and was close to Tokugawa Ieyasu during the Summer Siege in Osaka. . Yukimura Sanada shined dazzlingly as a Sengoku military commander in the battle that concluded the Sengoku period. His vivid life still fascinates many people today, and let's make a pilgrimage to the sacred place of his glorious battle at Osaka, where he was praised as ``the greatest soldier in Japan.''

This is a plan to commemorate and make a pilgrimage to the sad sacred place where SAMURAI and his friends were defeated in the Osaka Siege in the last war and fell to the castle, wearing armor and helmets reminiscent of the battle. ~ A famous castle that records the history of prosperity and turmoil of the people of Japan ~ This is how Osaka Castle is introduced on its official website. However, there was no trace of Osaka Castle, which boasted of being impregnable, as all of the moats other than the main castle and the moat that had been dug back during the peace of Ieyasu's plot at the Osaka Siege were filled in. The Tokugawa army destroyed the Sanada army and invaded the castle one after another, led by the Echizen army led by Matsudaira Tadanao, who was the first to arrive. The fire set by a Tokugawa army informer in the main castle kitchen quickly destroyed the castle tower. Osaka Castle finally fell at midnight on the 7th. When Hinomoto's greatest soldier, Nobushige, was a hostage of the Toyotomi family, he was liked by Toyotomi Hideyoshi, so he was treated more like a vassal than a hostage. The reason Yukimura sided with Toyotomi, who was at an overwhelming disadvantage at the Battle of Osaka, was to protect his loyalty to Hideyoshi. ``This Yukimura was summoned to a place where he was simply trying to prolong his life, and he was given honor as a samurai. This kindness cannot be replaced by land or money. ''When Ieyasu tried to persuade him to defect, he said, ``I have no intention of defecting even if I receive half of Japan.'' ``If you forget your debts and indulge in self-interest, can you call yourself a human being?'' he left behind the words of Hinomoto's greatest soldier.

This was probably the best workshop we attended during our Japan trip! Very good Calligraphy explanations, the instructor is highly professional, and really takes time to demonstrate in great detail! If you want to fully enjoy Wazuka, the home of tea, we recommend the tea picking experience! Wazuka Town cultivates so many tea leaves that it is called the origin of tea, and even today it is a production area that produces just under 40% of Uji tea. At Wazukaya, the "Tea Soba Making Experience" using "Wazuka Tea" is very popular, but if you are going to make Cha Soba, why not try picking the tea yourself? At the Wazuka tea plantation, we offer a Wazuka tea picking experience from March to November. The set includes tea picking experience, tea soba noodles, and tea leaf tempura making experience. You can enjoy the finished dish on the spot. Also, it takes about 30 minutes to get to Nara Park from Wazuka Town, so you can make plans that also include sightseeing in Nara.

It was fun experience trying the Koto for the first time and it was definitely the highlight of my trip to Japan! If you are looking for a new experience and love Japanese traditional music, it is definitely worth visiting Pink Asakusa and trying out their Koto short class. With the help from the friendly staff at Pink Asakusa who are fluent in both Japanese and English, they were able translate everything the teacher was saying. Miyabi Sensei was also extremely talented & knowledgeable, and will answer questions you may have along the way during your time there! :D

It is a plan that you can experience weaving two types of silk fabrics, plain weave and twill weave, and tour the workshop by yourself. You can take the completed work home on the day. Weaving can be done easily from elementary school students to the elderly. Feel the "texture" of the woven fabric you woven yourself. You can see, touch, and experience the world's best works of art in Japan. * Bonus: Take a photo on a restored high-end machine. Present an original postcard. You can also shop. You can experience it from the third grade of elementary school. The height is about 130 cm.
It was my first time trying hand weaving with a handloom, and I absolutely loved the process! The rhythmic and focused nature of weaving was therapeutic, and I felt a sense of deep satisfaction upon completing my first textile piece. The instructor was patient and encouraging, providing valuable guidance throughout the process. I was also amazed by the vast array of stunning textile works on display at the workshop. Each piece showcased the creativity and skill of the artisans, and it was truly inspiring to see such a diverse collection of weaving techniques!
