The Akita Shirakami Guide Association aims to protect the precious nature of the Shirakami Mountains, a World Natural Heritage Site, provide fun and accurate explanations to visitors, and guide them safely. Many Japanese Mountain Guide Association certified guides and Akitashirakami certified guides also belong to this group. With a wealth of knowledge and experience, we will continue to convey the charm of the Shirakami Mountains to everyone.

珍しく晴天に恵まれた冬の白神の麓で、スノーシューでトレッキング。道具を用意いただき慣れていなくても履き方、歩き方を教えてくれます。
真っ白な雪には動物の足跡がたくさん残っていました。

冬のブナの木を眺め、地元も美味しいおにぎり弁当と、湧水で淹れたコーヒーをいただく時間は至福のひとときでした。また機会があれば訪れたいです。
