先日は、ありがとうございました。
念願のワンコと一緒のパックラフトツアーにさんかできて、楽しい時間を過ごさせていただきました。
ガイドの方も優しくとても良かったです。

今年で古希を迎える高校時代の同級生６名でカヌー体験に参加しました。
当日は朝9時に現地集合。インストラクターからパドルの持ち方や乗り方、安全についてのレクチャーを受け、いざ出発。最初はバランスを取るのに少し緊張しましたが、5分も漕いでいるとすぐに慣れてきました。
湖の上はとにかく静か。風が吹く音、鳥のさえずり、パドルが水をかく音だけが聞こえます。木々の緑が湖面に映り、まるで絵画の中にいるような感覚でした。途中で木の間をカヌーでくぐり抜けるチャレンジをして飽きることなくカヌーを楽しみました。
２時間ほどで戻りましたが、もっと長く乗っていたかったくらい。カヌーは運動量も適度で、体への負担が少ないので古希を迎える老人にもお勧めです。
