It takes about 30 minutes to walk one way.) On a clear day, you can see a wide view of Amami Oshima from the observation deck. However, as the name "cloud forest" suggests, Mt. Yuwan is a special environment with clouds and fog all year round and a lot of rain. Therefore, you can only see the view from the observation deck if you are lucky... but for me (the guide), it is the rainy days that are the real sight.
