いつものように使っているかつお節なのに、知らないことがたくさんありました。
本当にたくさん勉強になりましたし、とても楽しかったです。削りたてのかつお節もすごく美味しかったです。
小学2年生の娘もとても楽しんでいました。
船から下ろされた鰹の運び込みから冷凍庫、鰹節への加工、試食と全て丁寧に見学させていただきました。初めは親に連れて来られただけで渋々見学していた子ども達(小4&5歳)も、だんだん興味を持ち始め、最後は鰹節が大好きになっていました。とてもフレンドリーなガイドさんや工場の方がいろいろ子ども達にもわかるように易しい言葉で話してくれたり、見せてくれたおかげです。本当にありがとうございました。
５代目のお母様が色々と説明してくれました。
すべて少人数で手作業とのこととても大変だと思いますが頑張って下さい。
ラベル貼りも簡単そうに見えてピシッと貼るのは難しかったです。
これからも頑張って下さい。

指宿に行ったら、絶対したいと思っていた砂むしを友達と体験してきました！
個人で砂むしだけを体験することも出来るけど、今回は茶ぶしとオクラスムージー、さらにオクラパックも付いた女性に嬉しいプラン。
砂むしの前に茶ぶしを飲んで、汗を出やすくし、終わった後はオクラスムージーですっきり。飲みやすくて、美味しくて、中から綺麗になれました！
また、いろいろとお得な情報を教えていただいたり、お話しも楽しく貴重な体験をさせていただきました。
日程や時間の変更も快くご対応いただき、とても親切で、助かりました。
