Walk in Shiretoko National Park, a World Natural Heritage Site, with snowshoes during the snowy season. If there is no snow, walk without snowshoes. As you walk through the natural forest, you can see waterfalls and huge icicles flowing in the Sea of Okhotsk, and drift ice depending on the season. You can mainly observe Yezo deer and wild birds. You may also see eagles, woodpeckers, and flying squirrels, which are natural monuments.
I came alone, but the guide was very nice and still tried his best to explain things to me and take care of me. Overall, it was still very worthwhile to experience this trip:)

[Orion Ishigakijima Points] ★Private tour for small groups! ★Beginners and children are welcome! ★Shuttle service available! ★Free photo data! ★Hot showers and changing rooms available! ★Very popular with small children! Paddle not only in the river but also in the sea for a satisfying experience! Starting from a beach that resembles the original landscape of Okinawa, weave through the mangroves to the tidal flats in the back. You can enjoy both the sea and the river. Everyone from babies to grandparents can play together. [About the tour start time] The tour start time is set taking into account the tides. We will contact you after your reservation is confirmed to confirm the exact start time. Enjoy kayaking/SUP while being rocked by the waves on the wide, bright sea. Even beginners can practice while actually moving forward. By the time you reach the river, you will have improved quite a bit. Once you pass under the bridge, the world of mangrove virgin forest spreads out before you. Slowly move forward on the calm river surface without waves. The mangroves get closer and closer. Crabs are hiding at the base. Birds are watching you. Take pictures of such a scene and go further in. Soon, the wide tidal flats come into view. Many crabs and other creatures live on the tidal flats. The moment you step on the tidal flats, gobies and many crabs fly away from your feet. Birds ring out overhead. Crabs peek out from their holes. If you listen carefully, you can hear all kinds of voices and sounds. It's lively in the summer, but when it cools down, it becomes quiet. In the hot season, you can even swim. We explain about the creatures and catch them to observe. I want the children to know the fun of discovering them for themselves! After spending some time in this other world, we go down the river again and head to the sea, realizing that we have become quite skilled at kayaking/SUP. When we come out of the narrow river, the sea feels much wider. We head for the finish line, either leisurely or with effort.

One dive is not enough! A 2-dive diving experience for those who want to dive a lot. It is a course to dive into the sea twice with a break by changing the point or course. Most people are full of tension when diving for the first time! Most people end up not being able to see the fish and the surrounding underwater landscape with plenty of time. I'm sure that in the second dive after getting used to it, you will be able to get to know what you did not notice in the first dive, and you will be deeply moved. * I really want to see sea turtles! Please consider participating in the "Special 1 Dive Course". By diving a single dive for a longer period of time, you can go further offshore and the sea turtle encounter rate will increase dramatically.

Let's start a beautiful journey today Noboribetsu (about 60 minutes) In the ruins of a volcano in Noboribetsu, Hokkaido, there remains a grassy area with a diameter of about 450 meters formed about 10,000 years ago. Noboribetsu Jigokudani got its name because it smells of sulfur and looks like you are in hell. Oyunuma is the remains of a crater formed when Hiyoriyama erupted, and sulfur springs at about 130 degrees gush out from the bottom of the pond, which is the source of Noboribetsu's main hot spring inns. There is an observation deck here where you can see the steaming lake right in front of you, and you can also walk around and experience the lake up close. As you walk around the lake, you can smell the sulfur, and you can see the hot springs that are always smoking and bubbling, and the yellow sulfur balls floating on the lake's surface are particularly noticeable. To experience a foot bath in nature, you have to walk a long mountain path. The mountain path is probably to protect the primitive ecosystem, but the view is worth the trip. The actual scenery is much more beautiful than in the photos. In winter, scenic spots are closed due to road conditions. Sightseeing around Lake Toya (approximately 120 minutes including free lunch time, the order of tours may change depending on traffic conditions, pick-up and drop-off conditions, and length of stay) Showa Shinzan Wakuma Ranch (60 minutes): On December 28, 1943, a strong earthquake occurred near Mount Usu on the shores of Lake Toya. As a result, a volcano erupted, and the ground rose rapidly to form a tall mountain. Volcanic activity As of September 10, 1945, there had been 17 relatively active volcanic activities in two years. To commemorate this volcanic activity, this new volcano, 398 meters above sea level, was designated a Special Natural Monument in 1957 and named Showa Shinzan. It is a "new mountain" that continues to grow even today, and white smoke can be seen constantly rising from the red-brown mountains. 8 Impressive Views of Lake Toya (10 minutes): Lake Toya, a freshwater lake in southwestern Hokkaido. A caldera lake. It has a diameter of about 10 km, is almost circular, and has an area of 70.72 sq km. Circumference 50 km. Deepest point 180.0 meters. Average water depth 117.0 meters. Water storage capacity 8.19 cubic kilometers. The lake is at an elevation of 84 meters. It is the northernmost ice-free lake in Japan. Lake Toya Observatory (10 min): A freshwater lake in southwestern Hokkaido. Near Uchiura Bay. Part of Shikotsu-Toya National Park. Caldera lake. Otaru (about 90 minutes, free dinner) Surrounded by red brick and gray tile warehouses built since the Meiji era, this is the only European-style place in Japan where you can stroll along the old canal streets with your family and friends in a tranquil atmosphere. [Kitayoshi Glass Art Museum] is famous for its glass workshop where you can see intricate and diverse glass crafts, and [Music Box Museum] exhibits more than 1,000 types of music boxes from around the world, allowing you to be surrounded by music.

You can see many red-crowned cranes in eastern Hokkaido around Kushiro, and here you can see the red-crowned cranes vs. food thieves, which you can't see at other feeding sites. Due to bird flu measures, you can no longer see Steller's sea eagles and white-tailed eagles as much as before, but you can see Ezo deer, swans, white-tailed eagles, etc. trying to steal the food from the red-crowned cranes. When they were feeding the cranes with raw fish, this was the only place in the world where you could see the red-crowned cranes vs. eagles fighting over food. (Only during feeding time) There is an admission fee to the Akan International Crane Center (480 yen for adults). I hope that one day I will be able to see the same scene again. Please contact us for details, such as combinations with the Kushiro Station ⇒ Akan International Crane Center ⇒ Kushiro City Tsurui Course.

Nokogiriyama is known as a lesser known mountain on the Boso Peninsula. With its jagged ridgeline resembling the teeth of a saw, and the remains of the quarry where Boso stone was quarried by the stone-cutting industry until the Showa era, it looks like an abandoned building, and this otherworldly space that appears in the middle of nature has become popular. On this tour, you will pass through the streets of Kanaya, which once flourished as a stone-cutting industry, and climb the "Sharikko Road," a road that once transported quarried stone, with a guide. While enjoying the climb, which is low above sea level but has a large elevation difference, you will feel the breath of the craftsmen of the time, and trace the history of how Boso stone supported Japan's modernization and declined over time.
