A swordsmith will teach you the techniques of Japanese sword making and spend a whole day making a short sword with a blade length of less than 30 cm. During the experience, charcoal cutting, tamaheshi, tsutsubokashi, forging, unbending, fire making, soil placement, quenching, and blacksmith sharpening will be performed. You will spend a whole day making a small scale attached to the Japanese sword. The material is the same as the Japanese sword, and the world's highest grade iron (tamahagane) is used.
