The instructor, a nationally certified guide-interpreter, will teach you how to make sushi rice, cut tuna, grate wasabi, and make three types of sushi (nigiri, rolled, and gunkan) at his home (a tower apartment directly connected to Higashi-Ikebukuro Station), and have you actually make them. After that, you will eat the sushi you made with the miso soup made by the instructor. You will receive a gift of the instructor's recipe and an easy-to-make kit used to make the rolled sushi. ~Experience flow~ ① Sushi making (about 1 hour 40 minutes) You can experience making sushi rice, cutting fish, grating wasabi, and making three types of sushi. ② Sushi party (about 1 hour 10 minutes) Eat the sushi you made with miso soup prepared by the instructor. The instructor is a guide-interpreter, so please feel free to ask any questions. The time it takes to make sushi varies from person to person. Since it is one group, we can respond flexibly and will not charge for extended hours.

In our sushi experience, you can learn how to make nigiri sushi and rolled sushi. Every morning, we use fresh ingredients procured from the Kyoto Central Wholesale Market and freshly cooked sushi rice. Some of our sushi chefs are veteran craftsmen, and some have wine sommelier qualifications. We can accommodate from 2 to 35 people. The price venue will change depending on the number of people. It is also possible to have a business trip sushi experience at a hotel or designated venue. Once your sushi is ready, you can enjoy it on the spot. A 2-day, 1-night tour of Omikawa-tei, an old folk house with a history of over 150 years since the Edo period, located in Tako-cho, Chiba Prefecture, with overnight stay. On the first day, participants enjoyed sweets and coffee at a cafe in the town, followed by a tour of a Japanese temple and a Japanese sweets making experience. After checking in, guests will enjoy Japanese cultural experiences (tea ceremony, calligraphy, etc.), Tako rice rice ball making experience, and dinner at the accommodation facility, Omikawa-tei. The next day, we will stop at roadside stations and other places while touring the rural scenery of the town.

A cycling tour around the town while enjoying the nature and rural landscape of Tako Town. By cycling, you will tour the town with a local guide, including the rolling farmland and the Kuriyama River, which can be described as the original scenery of Japan. You will also interact with the locals and make thick rolls using Tako rice, a specialty of Tako Town.

Empty-handed is OK. No need to prepare anything. First, you will change into a kimono. Dressing and simple hair setting will be done here. We also have bags, sandals, and tabi that match your kimono. You will wear a kimono and enjoy lunch and walking around the city. As an option, it is also possible to request a photo shoot by a professional photographer or a professional hair and makeup artist. Rickshaw rides around the city are also wonderful (rickshaws run from April to October).

A historically designed Kyoto townhouse can be rented exclusively for four or more people. You can spend a luxurious time. You can enjoy a special and unique experience of watching the beautiful dance of the maiko, traditional Japanese games, and Japanese cuisine prepared by a chef to your heart's content. Enjoy an elegant time with your family and loved ones in a secluded space. After watching the performance, you can enjoy matcha tea and Japanese sweets with the maiko and take photos.
