A relaxing kayak experience on the mangrove river, a place where the sea and the mountains meet. Explore the mangrove forest of Miyara River, which is also designated as a national natural monument, by kayak! The mangrove forest is an extraordinary world. Why not get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and listen to the voices of nature? On the day you arrive in Ishigaki or on the day you return, you can easily experience a full-fledged jungle in a short time! Observe the creatures in the small caves where bats live and the tidal flats. Find crabs, gobies, and more! Enjoy the feeling of adventure or spend a relaxing time at a healing spot! On the tidal flats, look for crabs in their burrows and gobies hopping around! You might even be able to take a photo with them on your hand. Crabs are very sensitive to footsteps, so you have to be still and patient! ~About the tour start time~ The tour start time is set taking into account the tides. For this reason, there are limited times in a day when tours with tidal flat walks can be held. Note: Due to the extreme heat from late June to the end of September, tours are only available in the early morning and evening.
