Plan description

Owner Yamashita, who had only planned to stay for six months after returning from studying abroad in London, fell in love with Abashiri and decided to move there. This town is rich in nature in every season, and seafood and mountain produce nurtured by the Sea of Okhotsk, so much so that it is impossible to master it. This sushi restaurant with only eight seats, run by an owner with rare experience, has many repeat customers and foreign tourists, making it so popular that it is difficult to get a reservation. Since it is fully booked, a special program has been organized on one day a week on the restaurant's closed day. You will learn how to make nigiri sushi directly from the owner of the sushi restaurant using seasonal ingredients from Hokkaido, including Okhotsk.
