It starts at a reasonable cost, so even beginners can participate with confidence. ■ What is the standard introductory diving [Standard]? You'll practice breathing and clearing your ears for about 15 minutes. There is no basic skill training. Once you've calmed down, you can enjoy the experience by remaining submerged and moving slowly along the bottom. [Experience Content of This Plan] You'll spend about 15 minutes practicing breathing and clearing your ears. Some people may feel nervous and short of breath at first, but once you're comfortable, it's not difficult. Once your breathing is stable, you'll remain submerged and move along the bottom. As the depth gradually increases, it's easy to gauge the timing for clearing your ears. If you feel any discomfort, clear your ears. To maintain your breathing, swim forward slowly and calmly, enjoying the underwater world and the fish. If you let us know your dive time in advance, we'll let you dive up to that time. ■What you'll get with this plan: This plan includes the same content as Yakushima's standard introductory diving. This course is a premium introductory dive with unlimited practice time. Our top priority is to get you to a state where you can enjoy the dive with peace of mind. The first 20 minutes are the peak of nervousness. Full practice begins once this nervousness has subsided. For this reason, there is no time limit. Once your nervousness has turned to fun, the equipment operation and skill practice will proceed very smoothly. Many people say that "it suddenly became fun halfway through." We have our own dedicated facilities, which is quite rare on Yakushima! ・Air-conditioned lecture room (tatami style!) ・Clean changing rooms (flooring) ・Hot showers ・Parking ・Conveniently located just 2 minutes from the ocean. Even if you meet on-site, you won't need to change in the toilet. You can comfortably use the facilities before and after your experience, with just a 2-minute walk. We provide this service to all guests, and it has been very well received by those who meet and disband on-site.
