Sakaneya is a long-established Japanese confectionery shop in Izumo, which was founded in the 5th year of Meiji. Such a long-established Japanese confectionery store opened Kissa&co Sakaneya in April 2017. At Kissako Sakaneya, we are holding a Japanese sweets making experience for groups of 3 or more people. While the craftsman will tell you about Japanese sweets and anko, you will make 2 each of 2 types of seasonal namagashi (4 in total). After the experience, you can relax slowly as it is at the cafe. Choose from matcha, coffee, black tea, matcha latte, orange juice, or yuzu squash.

とっても楽しかったし、抹茶も美味しかったです!練り切り作りをしましたが、わかりやすく教えていただきました。 ただ、お客さんが多かったこともあり、店員さんが他の机にいることが多く、待ち時間が多く感じたため4.5とさせて頂きました。ですが、全体的にすごく楽しい体験が出来ました。ありがとうございました!
