雨も心配されましたが 全然問題なし、波も穏やかで初心者にはもってこいとのこと。 太めなので浮くか心配してましたが100kgまで大丈夫 といわれて一安心 いざやってみると見るのと、やるのは大違い それなりにバランスとらないといけないので やりがいアリ、乗れて多少の波でも落ちなくて すむようになると、また楽しくなります。 1日あれば、余裕で乗れます。 後半は自由に乗れてとても充実してました。 また行きたいと思います。

supは、興味がありましたが、できるか不安でした。楽しく教えてくれるので、すぐに乗れるようになりました。 時間もたっぷりあったので、海の上で、たくさん遊べて、大満足でした^_^ サンセットビーチヨガは、マット以外に、海に足を入れて、ポーズをとったり、普通のヨガでは、できない経験をさせてもらいました。 一日中満喫できました。 また参加する予定です!
