A small tofu shop that challenges new tofu making methods while inheriting the local traditional "frozen tofu" production technology in the highlands of Yatsugatake, Nagano Prefecture, at an altitude of 1100m. We are particular about the ingredients and use only delicious local water and soybeans. Why don't you see the craftsmanship at the small tofu factory "Sennen Tofu" in the village and make tofu with your own hands? Children can enjoy the experience of making tofu because it uses a small wooden mold. Finally, in addition to the tofu made by yourself, you can sample various dishes using tofu made by craftsmen. (Example: Okara salad, soy milk tempura, stewed frozen tofu) We usually make cotton tofu from March to November, but you can make local specialty "frozen tofu" from December to February. * Frozen tofu is a traditional preserved food that is cut and frozen overnight. The world's most dangerous (?) Tea room "Takasugi-an" is located on a tree with a height of 6m. A pyramid-like tea room buried in the basement, "Hikusugi-an". And the "flying mud boat" that is hung by a cable and floats in the air. Near Suwa Taisha Shrine in Chino City, there is a strange building that you will never forget once you see it. Its true identity is the tea room of Terunobu Fujimori, an architect known worldwide for his original architecture. With special permission from Dr. Fujimori, this is a special program only for a trip where you can make tea by putting it inside the "tea room" that you can't normally enter. Along with an English-speaking guide, first of all, I went around the Suwa Taisha Maemiya, which is the origin of Mr. Fujimori's idea, and realized the "feelings for nature" that are constantly transmitted to this area. Then, after visiting the first building built by Professor Fujimori, "Jinchokan Moriya Historical Museum," we will climb the "Flying Mud Boat" and "Takasugi-an" to see the inside. The guide will guide you inside and explain. 1) Climb the ladder to the inside of the "flying mud boat". 2) Climb the ladder to the inside of "Takasugi-an". 3) To the inside of the pitch-black "Hikusugi-an".
