Why not experience creating Japanese scents at Yurasukaori's atelier in Seijo, a quiet residential area? In this plan, we will create incense sticks using only fragrant agarwood, sandalwood, and other incense ingredients that are used in medicine and food, preserving the ancient scent. Incense sticks began to be made in Osaka around the early Edo period. Please use it in a variety of situations, such as when relaxing, when you want to change your mood, or by scenting it in your room before welcoming guests. You can relax and experience Japanese life with your family and friends in a tatami room. First, we will give a brief explanation about calligraphy and tools. Next, you will practice the basic lines of calligraphy on a half-sized piece of paper. After that, you will practice your favorite characters while looking at the model.
