●You will experience this at the Soba Making Salon Miyabi-an in Goi, Ichihara City. ●You will make your own soba noodles and eat the finished soba noodles. ●Each person will make one bowl of 500g (approximately 5 servings) and take home about 4 servings as a souvenir. (Homemade soup included) ●Feel the fun of making soba noodles and the deliciousness of freshly made and boiled soba noodles that you have made yourself. You will develop an attachment to the soba noodles that you have made yourself and they will taste even more delicious. ~Experience process~ 9:55am/1:55pm Meet at the Soba Making Salon Miyabi-an. We use delicious domestic buckwheat flour

We mainly use high-quality buckwheat flour from Nagano and Hokkaido, which makes the finished product taste even better. From around November, we start using "new buckwheat."

About rental items We will provide a full set of soba making tools (soba making table, kneading bowl, rolling pin, knife, etc.).

Matters require attention Children in the 3rd grade of elementary school or younger will be using a step stool. Please note that the use of knives may be dangerous, so we may restrict their use and cut the pieces for you.
Other notifications Only two soba-making tables are available at one time. If you come with three or more people, you can either share one table or wait to try the soba.
