★About the lampshade This plan is to make a pyramid-shaped lampshade using shells and marine glass (recycled glass) that have washed up on the shore. ●What is Seaborn Art? There are many driftwood on the shore, and among them are many treasures = "gifts from the sea", where they washed up. We named it "Sea Born Art" because it is "art born from the sea". ●What shall we make? We will make a lampshade by stacking marine glass (recycled glass). This is the most popular class. When you turn on the light, a fantastic sea world will spread out. ●Even if you are a beginner, please feel free to join us ☆ Our staff will support you carefully in our homely classroom, so please feel free to join us alone, with friends, or with children ♪ *You can take home the work you created on the day. This is a great plan that allows you to experience Japanese-born "kana" calligraphy and a weaving workshop tour in a textile workshop. In this pottery atelier, a renovated 120-year-old townhouse located in the quiet streets of Tanimachi Rokuchome, Osaka, you can enjoy a full-fledged pottery experience using hand-building or an electric potter's wheel. The host, who is a potter, will carefully guide you, so even beginners can participate with confidence. The experience lasts about 2 hours. It is a private experience with a small group of up to 4 people, so you can concentrate on creating your own work in a calm space. The clay used is from Shigaraki, Shiga. You can freely create teacups, small bowls, mugs, etc. The atelier is located a short walk from Tanimachi Rokuchome Station on the Osaka Metro, near Karahori Shopping Street, making it an easy location to stop by in between sightseeing.
