A lot of driftwood washes up on the shore. At the Seaborn Art Class, we create works of art using "gifts from the sea" such as shells, coral, driftwood, and marine glass that have washed up on the shore. It is called Seaborn Art because it is "art born from the sea." Anyone can easily enjoy Seaborn Art. We offer works of art with designs that change with the seasons so that everyone can use it as a healing space. Please come and enjoy creating wonderful art that gives you a sense of the sea, where your individuality blends with the individuality of the driftwood.
I had a hard time finding the place because the maps kept sending me to two different areas. Once there, however, I was warmly greeted and offered a drink as well as beginning the workshop. It is quite impressive what can be made with seashells and Seaglass! I made a pair of earrings and a necklace with shells and beads. However, I want to return so that I can make some scallop light globes like the ones that were on display! I wish I could post more pictures but this site won’t let me.

フォトフレーム、お二人それぞれの雰囲気に仕上がっていて、本当に素敵でした
２人で参加しました。
１人２面ずつ作った後に組み合わせて四角錐の形のランプシェードを作りました。
作製にかかった時間は休憩時間を除いて４時間３０分〜５時間くらいでした。
はんだ付けをしますが丁寧に教えていただけるのでスムーズに作製できたとおもいます。

1人での体験で初めは緊張していましたが、気さくな先生の指導を受けながらだったので楽しくて、初めて手にするハンダゴテも新鮮で癖になりそう！と、ワクワクしながらの３時間でした。点灯式と写真撮影会も楽しめました。出来上がった作品が持ち帰り中に壊れないか心配しましたが全然大丈夫で、お部屋に飾って楽しんでいます。
