Really enjoyed the soba making class, the instructions were shown to me visually. My sensei tried her best to explain in English which I appreciated as well as teach Japanese words. At the end I managed to eat my soba according to my taste. It was presented as cold dipping noodles. Enjoyed the session, my sensei was lovely and will come again! Good for solo travellers.

At the local cooking experience class [Fujiya], we offer a hands-on experience of making "Yoshida Udon", a specialty of Fujiyoshida City, Yamanashi Prefecture! ☆★Introducing Fujiya☆★Nice to meet you. Please come visit our store when you are in the Fuji Five Lakes area. ☆★Introducing Yoshida's udon making experience☆★Yoshida's udon is a local dish of udon that is loved around Fujiyoshida City, Yamanashi Prefecture. It is an unusual type of udon that is characterized by its hard and chewy noodles and toppings such as horse meat and cabbage. It has also been selected as one of the ``Top 100 Local Dishes from Rural Areas, Mountains, and Fishing Villages,'' selected from among the local flavors of each region. Yoshida's udon noodles are characterized by thick and chewy noodles, toppings made with horse meat and cabbage, and a soup made with miso and soy sauce. This is the only place in Japan where you can eat it with a spiciness called suridane. Yoshida's udon was originally a home-cooked dish, so each restaurant has its own characteristics. For example, some restaurants use beef or horse meat, and the sides vary in hardness and length. Although there are general rules, there are no clear rules, so the freedom of making them may also be a characteristic of Yoshida's udon. In this plan, customers will make udon noodles from powder. Enjoy with hot soup and toppings such as cabbage, fried tofu, and wakame. The content is quite extensive, so please come hungry. Our store also offers a dyeing experience where you can experience traditional Japanese dyeing techniques using natural materials, which can be used as a set with the hotou experience. Then, we'll dive into prepping ramen toppings, followed by slicing and combining the ingredients for our gyoza, which we'll then deftly fold. After that, we'll infuse the chashu with its delicious flavors and sizzle up the gyoza to perfection. The grand finale includes crafting the soup, boiling the noodles, and the oh-so-cool noodle draining technique that never fails to impress. Anyone can easily make sushi, so you don't have to worry about making temari sushi for the first time. Shape fresh sushi toppings and red vinegar rice into a round temari-like shape by exposing or using plastic wrap. ``Temari'' is a toy that has existed in Japan for a long time, and is a beautiful ball of thread wrapped in a geometric pattern. Sushi that looks like this is called temari sushi. It is not difficult as the staff will support you carefully. Add color and elegance with safe and secure edible flowers, ``edible flowers from Tokyo.'' You can enjoy fresh, store-quality flowers and sushi together♪*::;;::*゚*::;;;;::*゚*::;;;;::*゚*::;;;;::*゚*::;;;;::*゚*::;;;;::*゚*::;;;;::*゚*::;; ;;::*゚*::;;;;::*゚*::;;;;::*゚*::;;;;::*゚*::;;;;::*゚*::;;;;::*゚*::;;::*゚
