Sushidokoro Yachiyo was founded 100 years ago in Shinjuku Yotsuya. Thanks to your support, Sushidokoro Yachiyo's "Sushi Making Experience" which began in 2015 has been enjoyed by a total of 9,000 customers in 2024. The selling point is that a veteran chef with over 30 years of experience will teach you each step carefully and in a fun way. Of course, you can also wear a hat and feel like a craftsman, and once you have completed the activity, you will receive a certificate of completion. We promise that it will be a memorable activity.

Try your hand at making 4 different types of sushi, from nigiri to hand-rolled and thin rolls!

You can enjoy making four types of sushi: nigiri, egg nigiri, hand rolls, gunkanmaki, and finally thin rolls.

Plenty of after-party food!

Once you've finished making your sushi, you can taste it. It comes with tempura and a bowl of soup, so you can feel like you're eating at a real sushi restaurant.
