You can enjoy delicious sushi and sake♪] For the first 30 to 40 minutes, you will learn how to make sushi from a Japanese sushi chef! After that, you can eat the sushi you made and compare it with the sushi made by the sushi chef! You can also gain deep knowledge and experience by eating sushi toppings and high-quality ingredients such as tuna, salmon, crab, salmon roe, Kobe beef, and caviar in a food quiz battle! We have staff who can speak English, so anyone can feel free to enjoy the experience. *Water and green tea are provided free of charge.

The lectures are given carefully in small groups, so even beginners can feel at ease. Learn about sushi and sushi culture, take your skills home, and brag to your friends back home. ③ Meal & Food Quiz Battle (Compare) During meal time, try various games while eating the sushi you made yourself! Learn about sushi while having fun! ・ Experience the difference between the sushi made by a craftsman and the sushi you made yourself! ・ Taste experience! Compare the taste of crab, tuna, salmon, salmon roe, and caviar! ・ Taste the hand-rolled sushi (hand roll) made by a craftsman! ・ We offer you a rolled egg cooked in front of you by a craftsman! ・ Compare the taste of the highest grade Japanese beef, Kobe beef, with other Japanese beef! *Course contents may change depending on the season and availability of ingredients.
