The Shinanoji nature trail is a hiking course with a total length of about 10 km, which is a downhill path from the Mine Teahouse. Among them, walk about 7,5km to Kose Hot spring, which has many attractions. You can see the two famous waterfalls of Karuizawa (Shiraito Falls and Ryugae Falls) as you pass through the lush forest and larch forest.
