This is a field archery experience plan. The experience location is in Fuefuki City, Yamanashi Prefecture, and is easily accessible, just 20 minutes by car from Lake Kawaguchi and Isawa Onsen. Anyone over elementary school age (※1), including families and friends with children, can feel free to try it out! After learning how to shoot archery, you will go around the field course. On rainy days, you can rent rain gear for free. There is also a covered practice area, so don't worry. ※1 If elementary school students are participating, they must be accompanied by a guardian over 18 years of age. Please note that elementary school students cannot experience the experience alone.

It uses a quarter-bow, which is about two-thirds the size of the large bow used in kyudo, and is an archery technique that focuses on accuracy, with the basic principle that "the target is the enemy." The archery experience at our dojo is open to a wide range of people, from children to the elderly, regardless of age or nationality. It is also recommended for school trips, and is enjoyed by many students. Please feel free to stop by if you are in Higashiyama, Kyoto.

Tozan Shooting School Center is an indoor shooting school center, a semi-shooting venue, and a Japanese samurai performance venue. This is the use of one type of shooting technique for archery, one for four, the size of one for archery, and three for long archery for archery school, and the basic principle is "the target is the enemy", and the middle target is only careful. The shooting gun on our road is open to the owner, and if you are an old man, you have no age or nationality. When you visit Kyoto or East Mountain, you can visit our hometown from time to time.

You can enjoy a full-scale sumo show supervised by former sumo wrestler Konishiki, a sumo experience, and a kimono haori experience. If you upgrade with an option, you can also enjoy traditional Japanese sumo cuisine. ☆ Flow of the day ☆ The reception is at the entrance of the store. Please arrive 30 minutes before the show. * In the unlikely event that you arrive after the show has started, please enter the store and proceed to the front of the torii gate as the curtains will be closed. A staff member will come to pick you up. ◎ From the time you arrive until the start of the sumo show, you can use the haori kimono that are available in the store while eating and using each booth. You can learn about the basic movements of sumo, rules, winning moves, and prohibited moves. There is a quiz competition related to sumo and sumo wrestlers along the way, and if you answer the quiz correctly, everyone will receive a prize (sweets) ★ ③Best of three (approx. 5 to 10 minutes) A serious three-match match by former sumo wrestlers. It is a serious showdown without improvisation, where it is unclear who will win or lose. Everyone will throw a celebratory beanbag to the winning wrestler instead of a cushion. ④ Photo shoot (approximately 5-10 minutes) You will step onto the ring and take a photo with the former wrestler. *The photo will be taken with your mobile phone. You can also create a memorial label drink on the spot using the photo of your memories of today (1,000 yen). ⑤ Sumo experience (approximately 10-20 minutes) Wear a sumo suit or mawashi and wrestle with a former wrestler. You can feel the amazing power of the wrestlers. After the experience, you will take a photo with the wrestler while still in the sumo suit or mawashi. *Only available to those who wish to use the service on the day. You can experience a simulated archery experience at a mini archery range where the distance to the target is shorter than the usual 28m. From children over 10 years old to adults, even those with no experience can experience the fun, excitement, exhilaration, and difficulty of the traditional Japanese martial art of archery. There are no other places nationwide where you can easily experience archery, so it is a rare experience. You can shoot about 60 arrows. The sight of you putting on the archery uniform and shooting arrows will make for great social media posts and a great memory of your trip. You can learn how to use, draw and swing a sword in a real martial arts dojo, and at the end you can actually have a sword fight. The assistant instructor will translate in English. You can enjoy a "demonstration and straw cutting" using a real Japanese sword using Yushin-ryu sword techniques. A Yushin-ryu sword-holder from the Koryu Iaido dojo will safely and carefully instruct you, so please feel free to participate in the experience. The "Samurai Course" is an experience in which you wear an Iaido belt over your everyday clothes. This is a training experience that condenses the essence of Shushin-ryu Iaijutsu martial arts, supervised by Iaijutsu master Machii Isao, who holds six Guinness World Records and is attracting attention around the world. You can learn the essence of Iaijutsu that is not just a "form" but leads to real combat, along with explanations of the structural theory of the sword and center of gravity manipulation. Instructions will be given by Machii himself or his disciples, so even beginners can experience it safely and carefully. Recommended for those who are interested in Iaijutsu and swordsmanship, and those who want to experience the essence of martial arts. Even if you only have a short time to experience the "real thing," your view of martial arts will change completely. It is a precious moment to experience the technique, theory, spirit, and soul of the samurai. Please step into the world of Machii Isao's martial arts and experience it with your eyes and body.

This is a full-scale archery experience plan supervised by archer Ando Kotaro, who has appeared on many TV shows and radio programs! Would you like to try traditional archery that is a little different from Kyudo? Did you know that Kyudo did not exist during the samurai era before the Edo period (such as the Sengoku and Muromachi periods)? It will satisfy a wide range of levels, from the basics for beginners to practical practice of attaching an arrow to a waist and rapid shooting practice for those with Kyudo experience. Even those who are not physically strong can enjoy archery with peace of mind, as we also lend out short and weak bows and accommodate experiences while sitting on a chair. The event will be held outdoors.

I'm interested in Kyudo. But I feel that archery (Kyudo, Yabusame) is too difficult to do all at once. I'd like to try shooting a bow for now. I've tried shooting at other archery ranges, but I can't hit the target. I want to get a little better. For those of you who feel this way, we will teach you the principles of the bow, how to aim, tips for hitting the target, how to shoot, and other basic techniques according to your purpose, whether you want to start shooting at a shihan-teki or want to shoot a o-yumi in the future. It uses a shorter and weaker bow than Kyudo, so even beginners can enjoy it, but it is deep and even serious archers will be satisfied as you can aim at targets at the official distance of shihan-teki competitions.
