This is a tea mat weaving experience at the Genta Dyeing and Weaving Studio. Just choose your favorite color of thread and weave! From small children to the elderly, even first-time weavers are welcome♪ Foreigners can also enjoy weaving with hand gestures and go home. We have received comments that it is "pretty good" as a mouse pad. Since it is an indoor activity, you don't have to worry about the weather. You can experience it in the quaint workshop inside the castle of Aya International Craft. When walking on the beach there are lots of sea jewels, such as shells and seaweeds (fragments of horn glass). Why do not you make accessories and interior only for yourself with treasure buried in sand? It is a plan to make an original strap using Oshima Tsumugi thread produced in the workshop in the hall. A strap made by putting a wish written inside the braided cord is very popular as a wonderful souvenir! Why don't you participate in making a strap with your precious thoughts? After the experience, you can take a walk in the elegant Japanese garden that shows the expressions of the four seasons and the Amami-style garden that reproduces the virgin forest of Amami.
