FARMERS HILL CAMP This plan allows you to bake pizza, chop firewood, and cut logs (to make coasters) while day camping. Please enjoy the hot pizza baked in our handmade stone oven. 1. Roll out the dough that has already been fermented. 2. Top with homemade bacon and fresh vegetables harvested from the field. 3. Place in the blazing stone oven for about 4 minutes. 4. We will provide seats for each group, so please enjoy in the garden full of nature. We will also secure a covered area on rainy days, so you can rest assured. As a special offer for groups, we will provide one steamed young chicken baked in a Dutch oven for every six people. You will be satisfied with the softness that seems to melt in your mouth for about three hours over a low heat. For cutting logs, we will cut the branches of trees brought from the mountains of Amagi with a saw. Please use it as a coaster. Chopping firewood is also recommended for lack of exercise and stress relief! A plan that you can enjoy all day from 9am to 4pm. It is safe for those who want to drink alcohol. At "Experience-based traditional Japanese inn Tabinosha," we offer you a mountain village experience that is unique to Shizuoka throughout the four seasons! Located in the northeastern part of Kakegawa City, one of the most popular tea-producing areas in Shizuoka, this area is loved by locals as the mountain of the tea characters, and the tea plantations spread across the large hills at the foot of Mt. Awagatake, which has been certified as a World Agricultural Heritage site, have been producing high-quality tea for over 150 years using the Chagusaba farming method. In this plan, you will enjoy a tea picking experience in the tea fields that the tea producers have painstakingly cultivated. The first tea is picked from late April to mid-May, the second tea is picked in June, and the fourth tea is picked from late September to early October, which are the tea seasons for the producers, so you can enjoy tea picking according to the season. You can also enjoy tea picking at other times of the year depending on the growth conditions of the tea leaves, so please ask us until around mid-November. Tea picking is not available from around November to mid-April because the tea leaves are not growing. Instead, we will take you to the tea fields to observe the "tea grass farming" method, a winter-only work, and from around March, you will enjoy picking wild vegetables that grow around the tea fields. For lunch, we will prepare dishes unique to tea-producing areas using the actual tea leaves you picked. You can enjoy them as ingredients in tempura, salads, vinegared dishes, and more. In addition, chameshi, which is made by mixing the picked raw leaves with boiled rice, is a special dish that allows you to enjoy the aroma of tea even more! Please give it a try!
