今年初めてSUPを楽しむようになり、3回目の体験でした。
三重県からの訪問なので、大津は道のり的にも便利な場所でした。琵琶湖は波もなく、時間も価格も手頃で初心者のSUP練習には、とてもよかったです。体験価格に駐車場代、ロッカー代、温水シャワー代が含まれていて、女子には無料のウェア貸し出しがあり、タオルだけ持っていけば大丈夫なのもおすすめです。
水質は街中ということもあり抜群ではないですが、トータル的には、良かったですよ。夫婦共に54歳ですが楽しかったです。
ハンモックヨガに、初挑戦しました。ヨガは、６年ほど続けていますが、ハンモックを使ったヨガも体幹をつかいますし、地面に着かないゆらゆら感が初めての感覚でした。琵琶湖の風景も風もよかったです。
以前から興味があったハンモックヨガに初めて挑戦しました。
逆さまになるのは怖いなぁと思ってドキドキして参加しましたが、先生の指示通りに動けば、どんな動きも簡単にできました。
全身が気持ちよくストレッチでき、病みつきになりそうです。
