Enjoy a relaxing SUP Yoga time with a view of Lake Biwa and wonderful scenery from a comfortable swaying SUP. A program led by a team of attractive Supyoga instructors based in the local Kansai region and Shiga Lake Biwa. Please enjoy the natural and attractive navigation of each teacher with Lake Biwa, who touches on the charm of Lake Biwa and harmonizes with nature! Anyway, Sunshine Beach, which is convenient to access, can have a BBQ empty-handed this year! Let's enjoy SUP every weekend with a really "easy" and "empty-handed" style!
Beginners are welcome to try out SUP Yoga twice a day at Sunshine Beach, which is easily accessible, has a great view, and is equipped with beautiful facilities. Please come 20 minutes before the experience time and complete the reception and pledge.
If you would like rental wear, please ask the staff, change your clothes and gather in front of the reception 5 minutes before the experience time.
