Please arrive at the Haizuka Lakeside Forest parking lot. After checking in, you will be shown to the changing room. You will then get changed and ready. 9:15 AM: Move to the experience location. On-land lecture. We will be driven to the experience location and begin the experience. First, on land, we will explain how to use the equipment, how to paddle, and important points to note. 9:30 AM: Head out onto the water! It's time for your SUP experience. Approximately two hours. Experienced instructors will provide individual advice. It's okay if you go at a different pace. We will give each participant advice on various techniques, such as how to move forward, how to turn, and how to paddle while standing. 11:00 AM: Meditation on the lake. Refreshment time.
