Enjoy a day of water adventure on a calm lake with this SUP tour. This exhilarating marine activity is surrounded by lush greenery. Surrounded by mountainous nature, this extraordinary experience combines adventure and relaxation. Start the morning with a warm-up in a nearby area. You'll receive a lesson on paddling and operation. After lunch and getting ready, set sail for the depths of the lake! New scenery appears with each cape, and your heart naturally races. The second half of the course involves a lake meditation experience. Experience ultimate relaxation. The chirping of birds fills the air, and the sound of water wafting from the depths of the valley. Experience the thrill of being on the water, the thrill of paddling, and a moment of relaxation amidst nature. ~Experience Schedule~ 9:00 AM: Meeting, registration, and preparation (Haizuka Lakeside Forest). Please arrive at the Haizuka Lakeside Forest parking lot. After registration, you'll be shown to the changing room. You'll change into your clothes and get ready. 9:20 AM: Move to the experience location. A lecture on land will be given. You'll be driven to the experience location and the experience begins. First, on land, we'll be briefed on how to use the equipment, how to paddle, and important points to note. 9:40 AM: Time to head out onto the water! It's time for your SUP experience. It lasts about an hour. Experienced instructors will provide individualized advice. It's okay if you're at a different pace. They'll give you individual advice on various techniques, such as how to move forward, how to turn, and how to paddle standing up. 11:00 AM: Lunch break. Lunch and strategy meeting (Haizuka Lakeside Forest). The hour flies by! We return to the Haizuka Lakeside Forest for a lunch break. We also hold a strategy meeting and prepare for the second half of the adventure. 12:30 PM: Time to set sail! It's finally time for our water adventure. It'll last about two hours. We set sail for the depths of the lake! We head deeper and deeper, remembering the techniques we learned in the morning. I wonder what kind of scenery awaits beyond that cape? I'm excited and thrilled. We take a break at the end of the lake. I take a breather in the fresh air. I close my eyes and experience meditation on the lake. The silence and comfortable swaying motion will sharpen your senses. When you slowly open your eyes, what kind of world will appear? 14:30 The adventure returns safely. The return journey is also an adventure. A completely different place when you change your perspective. We will guide you to the optimal route based on your physical strength. After a safe return, head to the forest on the shore of Lake Haizuka. Change clothes and the tour will end. 15:00 The tour ends. We will guide you to nearby accommodations if available. *This time schedule is designed for families with children. It may be adjusted depending on the experience, physical strength, and skills of the participants.

At the meeting point, Lake Haizuka Forest, you can use the changing rooms, showers, and toilets. You can return for a lunch break, so women can enjoy the experience with peace of mind. Lunch is included, so you can also enjoy the lovely space inside the store, which is filled with greenery. You can also enjoy camping, tent saunas, and outdoor activities.
