This cruising plan is for experienced SUPers. Experience a pleasant cruising experience on calm waters surrounded by mountains, feeling the valley breeze. Course planning and breaks will be adjusted based on your physical strength and physical condition. An instructor will accompany you, so even those who aren't yet confident in SUP can participate with confidence. This experience is recommended for those who haven't SUPed in a while, those who are not good at the ocean, those looking for a good workout, and those who want to improve their form for more efficient paddling. ~Experience Process~ ① Gathering, Registration, and Preparation (Haizuka Lakeside Forest) Please come to the Haizuka Lakeside Forest parking lot. After registration, you will be shown to the changing room. You will get changed and ready to go. (15 minutes) ② Travel to the experience location. Check your equipment and head out onto the water! Drive to the experience location and begin your experience. Warm up, check your equipment, and review all precautions before heading out onto the water! (15 minutes) ③ Start cruising deep into the lake! Confirm your destination and course with your guide and begin cruising! Head deeper into the lake. (60 minutes) ④ Break time in a special place! The guide will show you a special place. Enjoy a special break time. (10 minutes) ⑤ Change clothes and disband (Haizuka Lakeside Forest) The experience ends with you changing clothes in the forest by the lake. The cafe on the premises is open on weekends! You can enjoy lunch or coffee. *This time schedule is based on a medium-distance cruise. It may be adjusted as needed depending on the experience, physical strength, and skills of the participants.

Every time you cross a cape, your heart leaps into a new world. Enjoy a pleasant SUP cruise on the calm lake while enjoying the scenery that can only be found here!

We'll paddle deeper and deeper into the lake and show you special spots. You can land in shallow waters and enjoy a cup of coffee on the lakeside, or meditate on the lake for a truly special experience. You can even bring your own fishing gear and try some SUP fishing!

We also provide instructor training, making it a great way to improve your level! We have instructors and assistants who enjoy various SUP activities in various locations, so you can discover new ways to enjoy it. Self-improvement is the beginning of a new adventure!
