SUP is an exhilarating water activity enjoyed on a calm lake. This Level 1 course is safe and enjoyable for children and beginners. Begin with a lesson. Once you're comfortable, you can move a little further into the depths of the lake. Surrounded by lush greenery, the chirping of birds, and a large fountain adding a touch of floral beauty to the lake. This extraordinary experience offers thrills, excitement, and relaxation all at once. It can even be enjoyed as a day trip from Hiroshima City. ~Experience Process~ ① Gathering, Registration, and Preparation (Haizuka Lakeside Forest) Please come to the Haizuka Lakeside Forest parking lot. After registration, you will be shown to the changing room. You will then get changed and ready. (15 minutes) ② Transfer to the experience location. On-land instruction. You will be driven to the experience location and begin your experience. First, on land, you will be given an explanation of how to handle the equipment, how to paddle, and important points to note. (15 minutes) ③ Head out onto the water! Your SUP experience is finally here. Experienced instructors will provide individualized guidance. It's okay to practice at different paces. We will give each participant advice on various techniques, such as tips on how to move forward, how to turn, and how to pedal while standing. (30 minutes) ④ Once you get used to it, go a little further. Touring. Refresh! Once you can control it as you want, go a little further! A large fountain will celebrate your challenge! (30 minutes) ⑤ Change and disband (Haizuka Lakeside Forest) The experience ends with a change of clothes in the Haizuka Lakeside Forest (30 minutes). The on-site cafe is open on weekends! You can enjoy lunch or coffee. *This time schedule is designed for families with children. It may be adjusted as appropriate depending on the participants' experience, physical strength, and skills.

Experienced instructors will support you, so you can take on the challenge with peace of mind. Learn the tricks to easily move forward and glide smoothly across the water! Once you get the hang of it, even small children can move forward steadily. Repeated "I did it!" moments will build confidence that will lead to great growth.
