E-bike Tatsuno Castle Town Ride & Fermentation Tour

This half-day tour explores the historic castle town of Tatsuno by bicycle, experiencing fermentation culture and enjoying local cuisine. It's a relaxing cycling experience that's safe even for beginners. Meet at the central ticket gate of JR Himeji Station (outside the Midori window) at 8:45 AM. Take the Kishin Line to Hon-Tatsuno Station at 9:09 AM. Arrive at Hon-Tatsuno Station and begin cycling at 9:25 AM. Tour the castle town (cycling). Visit Nominosukune Shrine and Shuentei at 9:50 AM. Visit Tatsuno Castle at 11:05 AM. Fermentation experience. 11:30 AM. Soy sauce making experience. Enjoy making your own original soy sauce. Cycling ends with lunch (optional). Those who wish to have lunch will disband at a restaurant and enjoy a special omakase tea kaiseki lunch. 12:35 PM. Return to Hon-Tatsuno Station and end your cycling. Those who do not wish to have lunch can take the train back to Himeji Station. Return and disband. 12:47 PM. Depart Hon-Tatsuno Station → Arrive at Himeji Station at 1:07 PM. Disband (for those not wishing to have lunch).
