Afterward, relax with a lunch plan featuring locally sourced ingredients. In the afternoon, we move to a different location and offer a variety of authentic Japanese cultural experiences, including Japanese dance, shamisen, koto, and shakuhachi, each with a different style each day. The trip concludes with a tour of a historic sake brewery. You can learn about the sake-making process and enjoy tastings while listening to the brewers' thoughts. Harvesting the lovely chamomile flowers is an experience that can only be experienced in May. In the countryside, surrounded by the fragrant chamomile, you can enjoy a relaxing time. About an hour's drive from Himeji Castle, experience Japan's "Satoyama culture" in this area where traditional shrines and rural scenery remain.

After lunch, you will have a special time to experience traditional Japanese performing arts such as the shamisen, shakuhachi, koto, and Japanese dance up close.
