Mount Shiripa, the symbol of Yoichi It's about an hour's drive from Sapporo and about 30 minutes from Otaru. This mountain is located in Yoichi Town, at the entrance to the Shakotan Peninsula. "Shiripa" is an Ainu place name that means "the head of a mountain jutting out into the sea."

You may feel a little unsure at first, but our guides, who are familiar with the Yoichi field, will provide detailed support tailored to your needs. Although there are some exciting sections along the way, it takes about an hour to reach the summit, making this a mountain suitable for beginners.
